The Professional Learning Committee:

•  shall consist of the Treasurer and representation by the                   Membership as deemed necessary by the Local Executive;

• shall be appointed as needed by the Local Executive;

• shall be responsible for Professional Learning activities;

• shall be responsible for making members aware of Local and           Federation Professional Learning opportunities;

• shall prepare and submit a report for the Local Annual Meeting.
