Committees

It is recognized that local committees of the Federation are an invaluable asset for ensuring that the expertise of our members and the richness of their work experiences become an integral part of the design and development of Federation programs and services. It will be the role of all local committees:

1. To develop policy recommendations for consideration by the Local Executive.

2. To develop program recommendations for consideration by the Local Executive.

3. To provide the perspective of the member on Local Federation initiatives and programs.

4. To provide advice on the content, delivery, and design of Local Federation programs.

5. To advise the Executive on matters relating to the work of the committee.

6. To liaise when appropriate with other LKETFO committees.
